A little girl worth fighting for
Charlotte Elizabeth was born in Texas, in November 2018 — a funny, bright, busy little girl who loves animals, dinosaurs, singing, her brothers and her very large extended family who fiercely support her. Since the very beginning, her mother, Kaitlan, has fought to keep her safe.
What should have been a happy childhood became a long and painful custody battle that should have never occurred. Severe, significant abuse has plagued her young life yet the local justice system refuses to protect her. Through years of court hearings, evaluations, and heartbreak — with multiple third-party experts testifying on Charlotte's behalf — Kaitlan has never stopped fighting for one thing: for her daughter to be safe, healthy, and home.
It has been exhausting — and the costs have been overwhelming, climbing well past 00,000 in attorney fees, tens of thousands more in therapy, travel, and everything else it takes to protect a child. Kaitlan refuses to give up. But she can't keep going without help. Stand with us today.
That's why this page exists: to rally people who believe, like we do, that every child deserves to be safe, protected —and to help bring Charlotte home for good.
